What this website collects
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not load third-party scripts. This website has no forms and does not ask you to type in any personal details. We receive personal details only if you choose to call us or write to us by email, and then only what you tell us: for example your name, your phone number or email address, and your message.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to you and to serve you. We do not sell them or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Your call or email is handled by the HNSPL staff who deal with that topic, for example the SME and institutional desk for market making enquiries. Where the law or a regulator requires us to keep records or share them, we will do so.
Display settings
If you change text size, spacing or contrast in Display settings, your choice is saved in your own browser so it carries over to your next visit. It is not sent to us.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, write to admin@hnspl.com. Records we must keep under securities law cannot be deleted before the required period ends.
