Mrs. Ranjan Broker

Managing Director

Mrs. Ranjan Broker is the Managing Director of HNSPL and has dedicated herself to the growth and development of the firm. Under her leadership, HNSPL has become one of the country's pioneering and most respected institutional broking houses.

The firm's clientele reads as a who's who of the financial institutions segment.

Her experience and expertise have earned her the respect and support of the key players in the market, including financial institutions, mutual funds, banks and corporates.

Mr. Udayan Broker

Director · Fifth generation

Mr. Udayan Broker is a fifth-generation entrepreneur, known for his meticulous approach. He pioneered the firm's back-office software and has led its technology initiatives and retail operations, enabling the business to grow many times over.

Recognising the value of the firm's long experience with the large institutional players, he extended that expertise to the high net worth and retail segments.

He has also been instrumental in widening the firm's offering to include insurance and mutual fund distribution for its clients.

Mr. Kartik Broker

Director · Fifth generation

Mr. Kartik Broker is a fifth-generation entrepreneur. He has worked with a leading corporate broking company and with a leading FII broking house, on its institutional sales desk.

Going beyond conventional broking, he focuses on helping entrepreneurs raise funds for their businesses, through either equity or debt.

The firm works with players who specialise in connecting entrepreneurs with private equity and venture capital funds.

Mr. Tanish Broker

Director · Sixth generation

Mr. Tanish Broker represents the sixth generation of the family in the business. He holds an MSc in Banking and Finance from King's College London and a BSc in Finance from NMIMS Mumbai. Before returning to HNSPL, he worked as a Lead Associate at Clearwater Analytics in Edinburgh, with exposure to institutional investment operations across global markets.

At HNSPL, he leads institutional broking, pre-IPO advisory for SME listings, and the firm's next-generation research and technology capabilities.

His focus is on building the infrastructure for the firm's next chapter: deepening client relationships, expanding research output, and applying modern tools to a foundation laid in 1878.
